In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee the Services of art. 2.The provision of Personal Data for the Marketing Purposes referred to in art. 2 is optional. You may therefore decide not to provide any data or subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to products and services offered by the Owner or, depending on the consent given, by third parties. obtain the portability of data, or (a) if the processing is carried out by automated means, receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the personal data concerning you, for subsequent transmission by you to another owner and (b) obtain the direct transmission of your personal data to another owner, indicated by you, if technically feasible;
